Joseph Lee
Landscape Architect Apprentice
Joseph’s love of landscape architecture grew deeper during an immersive summer at Chollipo Arboretum in rural South Korea, where he spent long days caring for its plant collections and evenings watching the sun set over the peninsula. The experience gave him an enduring respect for the people and work behind every garden and a belief in the power of landscapes to help us feel connected to something larger than ourselves.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland, with a minor in Sustainability Studies. He is also a LEED Green Associate and holds a certificate in sustainable horticulture. Drawn to the place where plants, art and people meet, Joseph brings an artist’s curiosity to his work through photography, acrylic, charcoal, ink, and collage. As an apprentice at FORM, he is eager to explore the many possibilities within landscape architecture while helping create thoughtful gardens that bring people closer to nature.
