We’ll review your space and planter details, prepare a quote, and once approved, get to work designing, scheduling, and sourcing your seasonal planting.

Reserve Your Season
Seasonal installations are scheduled in advance, with a reservation date for each season. Confirm by the published date to secure your place on FORM’s installation calendar.
Once scheduled, there’s no need to be home. As long as we can access your planters and an outdoor water source, our team will take care of the rest.
